What an amazing experience I had at this dealership. My sales advisor Jesse is One of the greatest I’ve ever met accommodating every single detail needed for me to understand what I was getting how everything work and the knowledge he has in the product is above expectations. I wanna also talk about the manager that also came to me greet me and let me know that my business was very appreciated for them, These things are hard to find today. When I went into the financial department, the lady assigned to all my paperwork, made it very easy for me, She explained everything to me with detail and also explain to the financial institution my Since we are have different needs, and I got out of there with what I needed the best option I could have And very happy. When I got home, my daughter told me That was the prettiest truck she have seen. Definitely the place and the people to recommend 2 any of my friends and family. Rafael Fernández!!! I can honestly say that I have yet to have such an amazing experience dealing with a dealership. Until now!!! From the moment I walked into this dealership 7/2023, and dealt with him in the ordering process of our 2023 Ford Lightning, he’s been absolutely AMAZING! He was patient with us and our questions as this is our very first EV purchase. Today we drive off in our new vehicle and we’re very excited!
