We had a great experience buying a Mustang for my daughter at Lorenzo Ford. Andy, our salesperson, was very helpful, honest, and made everything easy from the start. Mr. Hernandez in finance also did an excellent job and helped make the process smooth and quick. Even though we got there late in the evening, they stayed with us until everything was done and we were ready to drive home. Really great service — I definitely recommend them.

We would like to thank Lorenzo Ford and especially Jesse our salesman for all the help they provided. We had ordered a 2024 mustang back in March and finally yesterday after months of waiting we were able to get it. From the beginning to end Jesse guided us trough the process in a transparent and quick manner. We will definitely get more cars from them, totally recommended!

Met with Jesse whom was very apologetic about the car I wanted, sold the day before. Said he would try to make it up to me if I still wanted a vehicle from them. Checked the computer and was able to come up with exactly what I wanted. Not without some wheeling and dealing on his end and A LOT of running around behind the scenes. They gave me a very fair offer on my trade in and a very fair number for my new car, Mustang GT. He seemed very sincere and was not pushy at all. He had to run a few things through the Manager, Antonio, who was very personable and nice as well. I was very impressed with this dealership who gave me numbers and did not beat around the bush about anything all the way to financing with Fernando. Everyone was very nice and professional. Perfectomundo! Def worth the drive.
